InQueenz's purpose in Developing serves to Connect, Inspire, Nurture and Empower aspiring women and men to become Winners on stage and more importantly, achieve Mastery of Life.

Using our InQueenz Profiling System, InQueenz gains an in-depth understanding of each student’s strengths, weaknesses, talents, and potential; and help place them on the platform where he/she can develop to the fullest of their potential.

Each individual enjoys personalized attention from our consultants, who take a special interest in their student’s development. Consultants seek to establish a personal relationship and strong rapport with each student, closely mentoring and monitoring the student’s progress and performance, and constantly challenge the student to better himself/herself.

Psychological Empowerment Techniques

Professional sports athletes undergo psychological empowerment to achieve peak performance during competitions, because research has proven that the mind greatly determines one’s performance during challenging situations.

InQueenz adopts this similar approach in coaching men and women to become Kings/ Queens on stage and masters of life. Psychological empowerment forms a significant part of our programmes, where students will undergo psychological training using a variety of psychological techniques which includes Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnotherapy, among others.

The key to exceeding performance is to tap onto and harness, the potential and unlimited power of our minds to fuel our performances on stage and in life.

To date, Genecia has conducted training for Mrs and Miss Amazing, Miss Singapore World, Mrs Singapore, and Classic Mrs Singapore, Miss Earth Singapore, Miss Singapore Chinatown, Best Model of Singapore, Teen Model of Singapore and Child Model of Singapore, among others; training contestants on deportment, etiquette, self-confidence, personal branding, interpersonal communication, and other related topics. In addition, Genecia was the appointed trainer for contestants of Mediacorp Channel U’s talent competition “U ARE THE ONE”, and Channel 8’s Giant Star 2008 where the next ambassador of Giant Hypermart was crowned.

Genecia believes in pursuing her dreams and living life with passion. This forms the essence and driving force behind InQueenz and all its programmes.

Over the years, she has garnered a series of personal achievements and titles that include:

With her varied skills and extensive experience in health, fitness, competitive sports, occupational therapy, pageantry, and psychology, Genecia has soundly integrated these into InQueenz training programmes. The ultimate purpose – to develop beauty, grace and beyond!

Ivy hails from the Information Technology Industry working in an MNC. From being the geeky girl-next-door, Ivy has transformed to a sophisticated yet personable beauty queen, deeply passionate about environmental causes. She has been mentored by Founder, Miss Genecia Luo since 2006. In addition, Ivy has extensive experiences not only in preparation for pageants and TV competitions but also in coaching others to achieve and fulfill their dreams.

Ivy represented Singapore in the 2008 Miss Earth International Beauty Pageant which brought her to Manila, Philippines. Besides this, she has garnered a series of personal achievements and titles that include:

To date, Ivy has coached many individuals for school pageants, national pageants as well as TV talent competitions. She has also judged countless competitions since her win as Miss Earth Singapore 2008. Her topics of interests in training are on deportment, poise, self-confidence and other related topics to personal and emotional well being.

She has also conducted re-design workshops for corporate organizations and for schools.

During her free time, Ivy loves going to the greens for golf. She also sings solo, performs dance with her teammates and plays the keyboard to relax her mind.
