Founder, InQueenz
Genecia Luo is a passionate, personable, and inspiring woman who has been training and coaching for over 13 years in various areas of personal development. As Principal Consultant at InQueenz, she consults, coaches, and trains men, women and youth in personality development, living her purpose of empowering her students to become Winners on Stage and Masters of Life.
To date, Genecia has conducted training for Mrs and Miss Amazing, Miss Singapore World, Mrs Singapore, and Classic Mrs Singapore, Miss Earth Singapore, Miss Singapore Chinatown, Best Model of Singapore, Teen Model of Singapore and Child Model of Singapore, among others; training contestants on deportment, etiquette, self-confidence, personal branding, interpersonal communication, and other related topics. In addition, Genecia was the appointed trainer for contestants of Mediacorp Channel U’s talent competition “U ARE THE ONE”, and Channel 8’s Giant Star 2008 where the next ambassador of Giant Hypermart was crowned.
Genecia believes in pursuing her dreams and living life with passion. This forms the essence and driving force behind InQueenz and all its programmes.

In the training arena, Genecia has brought InQueenz programs into schools from primary to tertiary level, as well as to corporate organizations such as LTA, DBS, Mediacorp and Giant, among others.
In 2009 alone, InQueenz was involved in projects such as Formula One (F1), readers workshop for magazines such as SEVENTEEN Magazine as well as Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC). Genecia has also been invited to speak for companies such as Proctor & Gamble and People’s Association as well as volunteering her free time for charitable causes like Beaufond Wellness Secret’s Children Cancer Foundation Roadshow and Walk the Talk 2010.
With her varied skills and extensive experience in health, fitness, competitive sports, occupational therapy, pageantry, and psychology, Genecia has soundly integrated these into InQueenz training programmes. The ultimate purpose – to develop beauty, grace and beyond!
